Items arrived promptly. I already had a wiring kit that I purchased from etrailer. Installed both the receiver and wiring kit in about an hour and a half. I didn’t need to jack up the car. Fit perfectly. I recommend this kit. 2021 Santa Fe.
Easy instal, I did need extra hands to lift hitch receiver. The video on etrailer website was super helpful before installation. No jack was used. Installed on a base model 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid w/o spare tire.

My opinion of the Curt hitch on our 23 Santa Fe hybrid has not changed. It has been used to haul a 10 foot enclosed trailer on several occasions and is solid and reliable. I highly recommend it.
Easy install and good fit on my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. Works great with my Kuat NV 2.0 Base bicycle rack.

Still working & looking as good as when it was first installed.
This is the second hitch receiver that I have bought from etrailer and installed myself. It is very easy to do. The one bolt behind the exhaust hanger is a little tricky to access, but that is just the way Hyundai made it. Otherwise, very easy to locate the threaded holes and install. I was able to do this one all by myself but I would suggest getting some help to hold it up. There was no need to remove any plastic trim and the receiver is tucked in nicely. My Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack fits nicely but I needed an extension to get clearance for the inboard bike's handlebars.
Fit my 2024 Kia Sorento with no problem. Installation took approximately 45 minutes. So far it has done the job of supporting my bike rack. Paint finish is holding up well to the salty streets of a NYC winter. Would recommend the purchase of the product thus far.

Glad to hear you are pleased with the hitch! What kind of bike do you have? Do you have a specific trail you like to ride? We have the Katy Trail here in Missouri and it is always loaded with riders.
The gloss black matches perfectly with the bottom trim on the Sante Fe Calligraphy.
Installation was straightforward and as on the videos. I ran the back wheels up onto a couple of 2x10 boards to give myself another 3 inches of clearance to crawl under the vehicle and used jack stands to position the hitch in place until I could get the first bolts started. All bolt holes lined up with the vehicle.
I’m giving it only 3 stars because the design makes it difficult to access the rear bolt on the passenger side. I tried with a 2”, 3”,4”, 6”, and 9” socket extensions but there is no way to get a socket wrench directly in line with the bolt because of how the metal flange on that side obstructs access. I was finally able to torque it down using a two-way articulating socket extension with the 9” extension. It would be nice if a large hole were manufactured in on that side to allow the socket wrench to line up directly with the bolt.
I with help from my son installed the hitch on my 2023 Santa Fe PHEV. etrailer didn't show a PHEV Santa Fe but I knew it would fit. We dropped the spare tire first. Backed the Santa Fe on my ramps My son disconnected the exhaust. While he held the hitch in place I started the bottom bolt on the exhaust side. We finished the install of the hitch in half an hour.
Havn't installed yet but I've had two others from Etrailer and they fit perfectly so I'm expecting the same with this one. I will also install the custom wiring harness for the trailer lights and as long as you read the manual and also watch the Utube videos it should be pretty simple. Etrailer is the way to go !!
Very easy to install hidden hitch. Instructions were easy to follow, and I had it put in in about 45 minutes without much fuss.

Looks great, Kevin! What are you going to be hauling/carrying with the hitch?
This was super simple to install especially if you watch the video. The exhaust is the only difficult part. The hangers will need lubed up and are just awkward not difficult but the bolts on that side will take the longest. Have a long extension that will help a lot. The spare tire hanger will still be useful BUT…… not like it was from factory. The hitch is directly over the drive stud so I had to use a ratcheting wrench to operate it. I would suggest getting a ratcheting wrench that fits this (7/16 inch I think) and leave it in the back with your jack. The shipping was faster than Amazon prime which I question why I pay for anymore but anyway they are super fast on shipping. The customer service is amazing and they will follow your package closer than you probably and are very responsive to questions. I didn’t really have any questions but I did respond to them about a review and was answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your towing needs. Simple to install. Of course that depends on the vehicle.. fits properly below the bumper with no cutting. I put red thread lock on all the bolts.. just habit. Wd40 on the exhaust hangers makes it simple. Wire kit plugs in, trailer plug reached fine. It's only been installed for 18 hours so I haven't hooked up to it yet.. Can't imagine there would be a problem.
Good quality. Strong hitch. Sale price was even better. Easy to install after watching the short video.

Came quickly and in good condition. Matched up to the factory frame holes, with the correct threads on the included bolts. 2025 Hyundi, Sante Fe Hybred. Included directions and suggestions. Still waiting for them to have a wiring harness available.

Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver is still working out. I got tired of waiting for a wiring harness so I ordered from a wiring harness from Hyundai.
Along with the video, this hitch was easy to install and shipping was fast.
The third vehicle I have installed a curt hitch from etrailer. Rather straight forward, wouldn't hesitate to do another.
The trailer hitch arrived as promised in perfect condition. Your installation video was perfect and with a helping hand, the installation went perfect on my 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. Saved my self about $300.00

I’m 68, with arthritis. No lift to use. No helper. Getting the front passenger hanger was the biggest challenge but by jacking up the rear passenger side and removing the wheel, it was easy. All else went perfectly. Thanks!
Couldn't be happier with Etrailer and the Curt receiver hitch. The instructional video on installation was great! Only took about a half hour to do the install. Also Brianna in customer service was friendly and helpful and followed up to make sure all went well and asked if I had any questions.
I installed the hitch alone in 1.5 hours with only some help to support it to bolt it on. Great video tutorial on website. Looks very nice after installing. Great product with understandably positive reviews.

This was cheaper and looks more solid than factory. Will know when I put some work on it. For now it's holding my bike rack up well.
It's heavy and paint seems heavy duty. Instructions also were clear. Sits in the same location as factory but without the trim it looks like it's lower.

One year later all is good. I use this for a bike carrier and occasionally a handicap scooter. No issues. I do not have a wiring harness.
Fast delivery, easy install with right tools. Will be used for Kuat Sherpa Bike rack and hitch mount luggage carrier. My 8th hitch purchase from etrailer.com and by far the easiest install.
